If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your item(s). You will need to provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item(s).

Once we have confirmed your return request, you can then send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged.

Refunds:

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they are in a resellable condition. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 14 days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

If the item(s) were faulty or damaged upon receipt, we will offer a full refund including any shipping costs incurred. Please note that we may request photographic evidence of any damage or defects before issuing a refund.

If you received the wrong item(s) in error, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you free of charge. Alternatively, you may request a refund if you no longer require the item(s).

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for custom-made or bespoke items, unless they are faulty or damaged.

We offer standard shipping to all UK addresses, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 5 working days depending on your location. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, except for weekends and public holidays.

Our standard shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order, and are displayed at checkout. Please note that our shipping rates may vary depending on the size, weight, and value of your order.

For orders over £50, we offer free standard shipping to all UK addresses. This offer is only valid for orders that are shipped within the UK.

We use a range of reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Hermes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
